This week, Year 4 had a wonderful visit from Jodie from Indian, who taught us all about Diwali, the Festival of Lights. 🌟
The children learned about the traditions of lighting lamps, decorating homes, and celebrating with family and friends. They were especially excited to have their initials beautifully drawn on their hands using henna — what a special experience! 🪔🎨
A huge thank you to Jodie for sharing her time, knowledge, and creativity with us. It was a bright, colourful, and joyful day in Year 4! 🌈💖
